Shocking moment McDonald’s workers caught THROWING full takeaway bags on the floor

SHOCKING footage shows a McDonald’s staff member tossing deliveries on the floor.

A disgusted customer filmed the incident at a branch in Dartford, Kent, after going to the restaurant when his food didn’t arrive.

The video was posted by a man who said that his son’s “food didn’t turn up so he went” to the takeaway.

It is captioned “McDonald’s in Dartford tonight my son’s food didn’t turn up, so he went down there”.

An onlooker can be heard saying: “She’s throwing the food, like it’s no one else’s food, someone’s got to eat that.”

A McDonald’s spokesman said their team worked immediately to fix the situation.

He said: “We are sorry to hear of this customer’s experience.

“McDelivery was unavailable for a short time and we are working with Just Eat to investigate the matter further.

“Our team at Dartford worked as quickly as possible to rectify the situation and provided all customers with new, freshly prepared products.

“Complimentary replacement products were also offered and accepted by the customer in question.

“We apologise to our customers for any inconvenience caused.”

It comes after McDonald’s customers have been left disgusted by the grim footage, recorded at a branch in Old Kent Road, Douth London.

The video, posted on TikTok by whistleblower @McOldKentRoad, shows earthworms writhing in the drain of the machine.

The user – who doesn’t speak in the video – added the word ‘maggots’ beneath the film.

However, officials at the huge chain say the creatures were actually worms – a clarification that won’t necessarily cheer up customers.
