A BEAUTY lover was mortified after her cheap tattoo began to fade just weeks after getting it done.

When it comes to all things hair and beauty, sometimes it’s best to invest that little extra, and tattoos are no exception.

However, whilst soaking up the sun in Magaluf, Spain, one woman decided to take a shortcut and get some ink on her arm for cheap.

However, things didn’t quite go to plan, as the new red tattoo had begun to fade just three weeks after getting it done abroad, leaving the holiday-goer, Madeline, mortified.

The young blonde took it to TikTok to share the major fail, where the clip has gone viral.

”I’ll get a cheap tattoo in Magalul,” read the next alongside a snap of the new £40 inking, which Madeline was convinced would be ”fine”.

And luckily, she was not wrong – right after the appointment, the mini tattoo, two little hearts in a cherry design, looked cute and was vibrant red.

However, much to her disappointment, things took a very sharp turn just weeks later.

Not even a month after getting it inked, the adorable tattoo had began to lose its colour, with one of the stems having completely disappeared.

To make matters even worse, viewers were also quick to point out that the design reminded them of something else – something quite rude.

”i thought it was uh- nvm [never mind],” commented one TikTok user, who at first glance believed the two hearts were, in fact, a male’s part.

Another agreed, wondering: ”can she not see what it looks like [skull emoji].”

Someone else chuckled: ”i’m tooo dirty minded [sic].”

Fortunately for Madeline, fellow beauty lovers explained that the fail can be dealt with.

”some of the ink has just fell out. completely normal & can get it fixed up easily,” penned one person.
