Ciara Attwell shared the tasty recipe on her TikTok account @myfussyeaster and it’s left our mouths watering.

All you need is a small part-baked bread roll, two slices of bacon, an egg and fresh tomato.

Whack the bread roll in the Air Fryer, along with the bacon and egg, still in it’s shell.

Cook everything for five minutes, then remove the bread and egg, and flip the bacon over and leave cook for a further three minutes.

Use the three minutes to cut and butter your bread, slice a tomato and peel the egg.

Try popping the cooked egg in cold water for a few seconds before peeling to avoid burning your fingers.

By the time you’ve done that your tasty bacon will be ready to be added to the breakfast roll so you can dig straight in!

“This was so delicious and only 315 calories but felt like a proper treat breakfast,” Caira captioned the clip.
