A LUCKY ticket-holder has scooped a staggering £4 million in Saturday’s Lotto jackpot.
The unnamed individual matched all six main numbers to bag the life-changing sum.
Camelot’s Andy Carter, the senior winners’ adviser at The National Lottery, described as “a fantastic start to 2023”.
He has since urged everyone to check their tickets so the lucky player can claim the eye-watering total of £4,080,682.
The winning Lotto numbers were: 06, 07, 11, 33, 45, 57 – and the bonus number was 18.
Set of balls four and draw machine Lancelot were used.
Wednesday’s lottery jackpot will be an estimated £2 million.
No players matched five numbers and the bonus ball in Saturday’s draw to win £1 million.
59 players matched five of the six numbers, winning a respectable £1,750 for their trouble.
The Lotto HotPicks proved to be a damn squib, with no players managing to match the five numbers.

However one player matched four numbers to claim a cool £13,000.
The winning Thunderball numbers were 01, 04, 24, 27, 28 – and the Thunderball was 06.
No-one scooped the £500,000 top prize, but three players won £5,000 each for matching five numbers.
