THIS woman has moved into her car to save money and now travels the world thanks to a savvy feature that lets her sleep in the roof.
Solo traveller Eva zu Beck revealed the incredible addition to her car that not only gives her a great night’s sleep but the ability to park anywhere.
She goes around the globe in her 4×4 home on wheels and when it’s time to go to bed, all she needs to do is expand her car roof into a full-size tent.
The retractile feature sits on top of her car, which can be accessed with a ladder.
That way, Eva can basically have a two-storey mini home on the road.

She doesn’t always sleep in the upstairs tent, as she manages to get some rest in different stops along the way.
In a TikTok video, the explorer showed how she moves back into her car after staying somewhere else for a few days.
She starts by packing all her belongings into her bags and later putting everything in the back of the car.
That way, she has all her “mess” together to start re-organising it.

Eva said she took only 20 minutes to leave her home on wheels completely spotless and ready to hit the road.
Fellow explorer Sara also moved into her car to save money and now travels the world living off toast made with a battery in her boot.
“It’s pretty simple,” she said.
“I just plug my heated blanket into my Jackery 1000.
“I just turn it on and it lasts all night.”
Sara explained that by using the portable battery unit, she doesn’t have to worry about her car’s battery draining.
After a nice and warm night’s sleep, the road wanderer uses the same battery to live off toasted bagels.
