NETFLIX fans have been left disgusted by a new ‘insane and sickening’ documentary – as they warned, ‘never watch, it’s pure evil!’.
It tells the true tale of a ‘wilderness therapy camp’ and its founder.
In the 1980s, Steve Cartisano, a former military special forces officer, established the Challenger Foundation in the Utah desert.
He offered parents a solution for their rebellious teens, charging them $16,000. Allegedly, his methods included tying the teens to trees, withholding rations, and even making them carry bags of manure.
Hell Camp: Teen Nightmare explores the truth behind the camp’s 63-day program, where shocking events unfolded.
Tragically, one teenager lost their life during a grueling 500-mile desert ‘hike’ in scorching temperatures.
Several Netflix viewers slammed the documentary as ‘pure evil’ and ‘disgusting’ and warned others to avoid it.
One wrote: “This Hell Camp: Teen Nightmare docu on Netflix is insane.”
A second added: “Finished it now. What the actual f*ck. Pure evil.”
A third blasted: “Nobody should watch this! It’s just disgusting.”
A fourth wrote: “This is disgusting on too many levels!”
A fifth added: “Don’t watch it.”
The documentary features real stories from people who were sent to the military-style camp by their parents.
They share their firsthand experiences throughout the film.
