Vandal seen doing goofy dance spraypainted Palestine hate message on food cart: cops

She’s got some bad moves.

A woman caught on surveillance footage doing a goofy “raise the roof” dance alone on a sidewalk spraypainted “Kill Palestine” on an unoccupied food cart in Brooklyn, authorities said.

The woman walked up to the cart on Oriental Boulevard near Oxford Street in Manhattan Beach – blocks from CUNY’s Kingsborough Community College – around 3:20 a.m. Feb. 1, cops said. 

She graffitied the cart with the threatening message amid the raging Israel war against Hamas in the Gaza Strip, police said. 

The cart operator, a 56-year-old man, had parked the cart and briefly left it unattended before the vandal struck, cops said. 

Video released by the NYPD Wednesday shows her raising both hands in the air – while holding her cellphone in one of them – and awkwardly dancing for a few seconds before wandering off.

She fled toward the college campus and had not been caught by Thursday. 

The NYPD’s Hate Crime Task Force is investigating the incident, cops said.
