FERNE McCann looked incredible as she stripped down to her underwear and showed off her toned abs four months after giving birth.
The former Towie star and fiance Lorri Haines welcomed their daughter Finty into the world in July.
Ferne, who is already mum to six-year-old Sunday, has been busy in the gym and eating right to shift her baby weight.
The reality star showed off her amazing figure in a recent post on her fitness page.
Ferne captioned the post: “Visualise your higher self, then start showing up as her.
“I’m not sure my highest self would have scruffy hair & a messy dressing room 🤣 but I tell you something I am feeling GOOD!

“What have I been doing ? Keeping consistent !!!!
“Everyday I have my breakfast smoothie. I live my life with balance still enjoying the foods I love & I MOVE my body at least 3 times a week.”
Earlier this month the mum-of-two showed off her incredible body transformation after undergoing a new lifestyle overhaul.
During a recent trip to the Maldives, Ferne posed up a storm in a purple strappy bikini.

Alongside the post, she wrote: “The BEST project you’ll ever work on is…YOU!
“I felt so incredibly body confident whilst I was away in the Maldives. And that was all thanks to following my simple, breakfast plan, movement & BALANCE.
“I break it down and follow our 21 day challenges to the next 21 day challenge. That way it’s not so much of an overwhelming task to reach my body goals. 21 days….3 weeks….it’s ACHIEVABLE for anyone.

Lori and Ferne started dating in 2021 and got engaged last summer.
