A BODY positive woman has proudly shown off her body’s imperfections in a transparent message.
She said that once she embraced her “flaws,” her confidence about her figure has soared.
Young body confidence advocate Sophea (@sunset.sophea) is transparent about her bodily insecurities online.
In an October 2022 TikTok video, she bared it all in a tiny blue string bikini, both verbally and physically.
At the start of the video, she introduced herself with a huge smile on her face.
“My name is Sophea. My friends call me Bambs. I’ve been wanting to make this video for a very long time now and I think that I’m finally ready,” she said.
Then, she provided an in-depth analysis of every single one of her body’s scars, dips, and last impressions.
She stood in front of viewers and pointed out her cellulite, stretch marks, and other “flaws.”
“This is my body. She is not perfect by societal standards but she’s mine,” she said.
At the end of the video, she said: “I love my body and I am proud of myself for how far I’ve come.”

“I can go on and list every single one of my flaws and imperfections, but I’m choosing to embrace them because they make me, me,” she wrote in the video caption.
Recently, she made another video in October and provided an update on how she felt about herself.
She wrote in the video caption: “My confidence has gone through the ROOF in the last year.”
In the first video, she appeared timid and shy with plain brown hair, while in the second she comes across as nonchalant about her figure and has a bold platinum blonde streak.
Just like the first, she stated: “This is my body” before she highlighted certain parts of it in the same blue swimsuit.
She moved the camera around in a fun way, instead of the stationary way it was positioned in the first video.
Sophea admitted that she still had acne, and a “little mustache” and a “little unibrow.”
But there were also new additions, like tattoos on her arms, and new stretchmarks on her arms, belly, and hips.
In the second video, she jokingly emphasized that her “belly’s big” and “growing” from eating a lot.
“That’s okay. Food is really good. I like food,” she said happily.
She turned around to showcase her cellulite and other dips on her frame.
Unlike the first video, she didn’t dwell on her insecurities but rather touched on them and moved on.
At the end of the video, she confidently said: “This is what a normal 20-year-old looks like. Flabby skin. Stretch marks. Jiggly thighs. This is what being a normal human being looks like.”
She also called herself “hot as balls” and “amazing.”
A viewer commented: “You made me feel better about myself.”
“Made me feel a lot better about myself. I’m going on twenty in a little over four weeks and I’m in ED recovery. You are lovely!” another added.
