A CURVY woman has shared her recent PrettyLittleThing haul which didn’t end up being what she was expecting.
She said the styles were an “absolute fail,” including a see-through top and a coat that made her look like a snowman.
Katie Roe (@kayteeroe) is a midsize woman who describes herself as “someone who understands,” according to her TikTok bio.
In a video, she was transparent about the sizing issues she experienced in her recent PrettyLittleThing try-on.
“As you can tell by the first clip, this is an absolute fail,” she said toward the start.
The first item she showed in the haul was a pair of high-waisted dark blue jeans that she ordered in a size 14 but were too small.
She filmed herself struggling to get them on because “the size 14 was not fourteening.”
The blonde woman could not button the jeans and let them hang open as they showed off her natural curves.
Next, she tried on funky rusted-looking low-rise jeans that zipped up but squeezed her in too much around her waist.
“I shouldn’t have to go through the struggle. It’s not really that much of a struggle. I should just always size up, but it’s the principle,” she explained.

She then proved herself right by having trouble getting into a formfitting blood-red pleather dress.
“I’d have to put that on before I even did my makeup,” she said.
It’s available only in the UK but a similar style can be found on the US Site for $23.
Her sage green Khaki Statement Pocket Pullover Puffer Coat, £40, is also only available in the UK — but it did not give off Katie’s desired look anyway.
“Look at me. What am I? I look like a snowman,” she said.
Lastly, she tried on the White Sheer Textured Rib Sequin Detail Micro Mini Skirt, $18, which she did like except for one detail.
“I didn’t realize it was gonna be see-through. It would have been cute, but it’s just not for me,” she said.
In the end, she only ended up keeping a Cherry Red Quilted Detail Super Cropped Faux Leather Jacket, which is only available in the UK for £35.
A similar style can be found on the US site for $47.
She described the situation as “so sad,” but at least she gets her money back for the other outfits.
“I honestly don’t think companies will ever get sizing right,” Katie wrote in the video caption.
Viewers related to her and offered kind words in the comment section of the video.
“Honestlyyyyy, I’ve given up online shopping recently. It’s too depressing,” one shared.
The content creator replied: “Same but I don’t want to cry in store.”
