THE holidays aren’t always sunshine and Christmas magic — sometimes they can be a hot mess.
One woman acted out someone else’s true but unfortunate, family Christmas nightmare.
Brittany Nicole (@mrsbritnicole) reenacted the family drama that a woman had sent to her to share.
The content creator dressed up as a toxic mother-in-law who was furious that the woman and her husband would not be attending her Christmas party.
“Is there a reason why you’re keeping my baby Mark from coming to my Christmas party?” she asked angrily.
The woman explained that Mark had to take care of their sick daughter, Winnie, and could not attend.
The mother, however, found the excuse lacking: “I don’t believe you… I think you’re just trying to get out of my party and keep my baby boy from me,” she said.
“If you’re telling the truth, I want to see a picture of her sick or throwing up or a picture of her thermometer saying she has a fever.”
A friend intercepted the call to share how ridiculous she thought the mother-in-law’s demands were.
“I’m on my way to the party so I’ll just pick up a bag of Winnie’s vomit, bring it to your house, spill some, ruin the food, everybody will have to leave and you can get out your DNA test, and check it,” she joked.
