BLAC Chyna has spent plenty of time and money on a dramatic makeunder, in an attempt to bring her heavily boosted body back to “normal.”
But now a plastic surgeon has warned that the middle-aged model must stop her continued nip-tuck reversal attempts.
Blac Chyna, 35, kicked off her New Year by swapping her silicone breast implants for smaller ones.
This came after the mom-of-two reduced her implant size in 2023 from 585 to 385 cubic centimeters.
After suffering complications, she shared a post-surgery video on Instagram.
“Yup, I did it again,” she said while explaining she had felt tired of her boobs because they looked fake.
“They just didn’t fit me as a person anymore,” she said before delivering the news that her left implant had encapsulated.
Encapsulation is scar tissue build-up around an implant when the muscle contracts.
“I am excited because I am part of the itty bitty t*tty community,” she smiled at the end of her video.
Plastic surgeon Dr. Richard Westreich said Chyna’s surgery drive will become problematic if she continues.

“Chyna should now avoid further surgery,” he said.
“As you get older, these sorts of things can become more and more problematic.
“Chyna has been having more procedures as an adult and is getting more problems.
“To an extent, there are some irreversible things that you just can not undo anyway.
“You cannot make an 80-year-old person look 20.
“Reversing surgeries does not put you back to the way you were.
“Chyna’s reasonable, and only, outlook is to be a different version of how she was before surgery.
“She will probably not ever 100% go back to normal.”
Chyna, who reverted to Angela White, kicked off her dramatic makeunder in March.
She tweaked her heavily-sculpted face, breasts, and butt.
Westreich said her recent encapsulation problem meant Chyna underwent a “capsule lectinine” or a “capsulotomy.”
“For this last procedure, she had another downsize to a very medium implant,” he told The U.S. Sun.
“She went smaller and had the capsule taken out.
“They make incisions in the capsule, or they remove the entire capsule.
“They take out all the scar tissue and generally switch the implant.
“Larger implants have a higher risk of encapsulation.

“Now that she downsized again, the muscle is much more likely to cover it.
“Those are all things that are done to minimize further capsular contraction.
“From now there should be no more surgery other than for non-medically indicated purposes.”
In early 2023 Chyna started dissolving the filler in her face, removing the silicone in her butt, and downsizing her boobs.
Chyna’s other attempts to transform her body saw her weightlifting and spending hours in the gym.
Following her December 21 boob op, she was back running on January 3rd.
Chyna shared a video where she was filmed jogging after buying new sneakers.
“Let’s get it #runningmarathon #running #run,” she captioned the post, followed by another on January 8.
“Chyna appeared to be running quite soon after her operation, ” said Westreich.
“Most people do not recommend high-impact exercise for at least three or four weeks.
“You could surmise running and exercise could cause some mechanical irritation or fluid collection.
“Or there could be a hematoma, which is a blood clot.
“But for the most part, anytime you re-operate on any area of the body, it becomes more and more challenging to heal.
“There is more scar tissue.
“There is also less blood supply, so continuously re-operating in the same area is not recommended.
“Aside from exercise after 3-4 weeks recovery, she should try not to have any more breast surgery.”
Chyna’s pricy plastic surgery revamp started after she ditched her OnlyFans account.
“I’m just changing everything about me; it’s a dead end,” she said during an interview on The Jason Lee Show.
“All that stuff is a dead end, and I know I’m worth way more than that,” she added.
At the time, Westreich told The U.S. Sun Chyna had spent $62,000 on her makeunder.
This included removing her silicone butt injections while undergoing her fifth boob job – a reduction.
“Back to the baseline,” she told her fans in another Instagram video.
“The more you operate on an area on the body, the less likely you are to get optimal results,” added Westreich.
“Chyna may have wanted no implants anymore, but they said she needed to.
“This would be because of the tissue loss from the previous surgeries.
“It is very hard to have a breast implant of a significant size, remove it, and not require another implant.
“This would be even if you do a breast lift.
“After a while, there are few options once you have the implant done.
She would probably always have to keep implants in her breasts
“She has been going smaller and smaller in her breast implant size.
“This is the same as dissolving the filler in her face or the silicone in her butt.
“The main thing is that she still has silicone in her breasts and what is left over from the butt injections from before.
“The filler in her face would also not have been fully dissolved.”
Chyna became famous as Nicki Minaj’s former body double before starting a relationship with Rob Kardashian.
Previously she admitted to getting four boob jobs, lipo, and having silicone butt injections when she was 19.
Chyna shares daughter Dream, six, with Rob and her 10-year-old son King Cairo Stevenson with her ex-fiancé, Tyga.

“You can not make a consensus statement about all of these surgeries that Chyna has had, ” added Westreich.
“But she would probably always have to keep implants in her breasts.”
