EARNING six figures, Jen Hernandez turned herself into a millionaire by the age of 24. 

And the young woman has already managed to become a mum, and get married all in this time.

Jen now makes thousands of pounds a day and now gives advice to others who want to do the same. 

The entrepreneur, who didn’t get a degree, has managed to retire her husband whilst only working a couple of hours a day. 

However, she says the journey hasn’t been easy as people blasted her along the way telling her she and her idea was “dumb.” 

But Jen proved to get the last laugh as she makes over £392,000 profit a month thanks to her business

As the proud owner of a cleaning company, the mum of three has since used the earnings to reinvest into Airbnb rentals.

Talking to TikTok, Jen, who goes by the name of Tropical Coaching Academy, revealed the secrets behind her earnings. 

In one video, Jen wrote: “I’m a 24 year old millionaire who started that dumb business that retired my husband.

“I clean five offices daily and charge $250 [£196] per office.

“That adds up to $1,250 [£983] daily, but wait, I hire someone to do the cleaning, give them an eight hour day and pay them hourly.

“Then find more cleaning accounts and hire more cleaners.” 

Jen captioned the video: “Work smarter not harder.” 

She also hash-tagged that this business was a ‘side hustle,’ as she has other incomes too. 

Jen who was “pregnant at 19” explained how she didn’t blow the cash she earned from her business on “expensive cars” but focussed on reinvesting. 

She says: “I’m grinding in my twenties to chill and travel the world in my thirties.” 

Her aim is to be “fully retired” and have all her business “running on automatic.” 

Jen also revealed how she was previously living from pay cheque to pay cheque but is now “almost hitting seven figures.” 

At the time of starting her cleaning business, Jen claims that she was “super broke” and was a stay at home mum of one child.

She says: “I knew that most successful people out there, didn’t just wake up successful.” 

Jen claims to have known nothing about starting up a cleaning business, but new somebody that was doing a cleaning business which specialises in Airbnb’s and making around £785 per place. 

Jen adds: “In my very first week of starting my cleaning business, I was able to bring home $3000 [£2,356] and mind you, my husband was only making $500 [£392] a week, so this to us was mind blowing.”

Since that, Jen has managed to create a successful business and isn’t looking back. 

Jen no longer looks at the price of things and thinks “she can’t” have it because she “needs to save” because she has a ”huge savings build” thanks to her business.

Her videos have gone viral with thousands of people liking them.

Many rush to the comments section to share their thoughts. 

One wrote: “Thank you for all your content. It gives me hope!”

Another added: “Thanks for sharing, you’re amazing.”
