JOSH Ritchie has had his fair share of shocking Love Island moments from bringing girls into the villa to dumping his co-star who refused to have sex on TV.
The 29-year-old engaged in several conflicts and dramas during the first series of the show.
Josh is set to make a comeback to the Love Island All Stars villa after his stint on the show nearly a decade ago.
He appeared on the show alongside current All Stars contestant, Hannah Elizabeth and Luis Morrison.
Bringing random girls back to the villa
Following their successful lads night out with party king Calum Best, Love Island’s Josh and Travis Almond brought two girls back to the villa.
The pair spoke to two girls called Colleen and Angel at the club, in the days where the Islanders were allowed night outs – with the cameras in town.

Josh, who was coupled up with Naomi Bell at the time, said: “Angel, she’s a good-looking girl… I’m single, Naomi can’t say nothing and that girl’s coming into my bed.”
The lads brought both girls back to the villa but immediately began to ignore them.
Josh went upstairs and got into bed with Naomi straight away.
Islander Jess Hayes noticed Angel on her own and said: “She’s down here on her own and he’s just f**ked off to Naomi… I think we should go up and say something.”

Foul-mouthed rows with Jess Hayes
Josh had a lot of heated rows with Jess on the series.
The duo were a couple earlier in the show but separated when Naomi opted to couple up with Josh.
After their couple fell through, Jess attempted to be friends with Josh.
He said her: “I actually think you’re an alright girl, you are quite sound…and you played with my w**** a few times!”
Jess replied: “You haven’t had that since though have you? Have you had that since?”
Josh said: “A gentleman never tells,” to which Jess replied: “So you proper loved up or what? You like her a lot don’t you?”
He then said: “Yeah I like her, she’s alright, she’s a nice girl.”
Jess then got defensive as she didn’t want it to come across as though she still wanted him.
She said: “I don’t still want to be with you, why would I want a bit of someone that don’t want a bit of me? Anyway, we don’t need this convo, you’re with Naomi, you love her to bits…”
Josh said: “That’s a bit steep.”
Later, the pair discussed the situation with their co-stars. Jess concluded their conversation by mentioning she sensed vibes from him again and noticed his looks. In his summary, Josh shared that he picked up on hints from Jess, indicating she still had feelings for him.
In front of everyone, Josh then said to Jess: “I think we all know what we’re going to speak about…in the kitchen just then I think some of the comments you were making still hinted that you still feel a bit about me, asking me ‘am I in love with Naomi?’ and stuff like that.”
Jess replied: “What are you on about?’ I said that it seems to be going really well with Naomi, you seem to be proper loved up with her and you were like, ‘That’s a bit much’.”
Josh said: “Basically she was saying that I mugged her off and stuff could have happened after it…she’s basically trying to say would I ever get back with her.”
She responded: “I did not say that at all…I came over and asked you about Naomi and that was it.”
He then said: “You were like, ‘So has Naomi touched your c*** yet?’’
She replied: “When did I say that?”
Josh continued: “You said, ‘So has Naomi not touched your d*** yet, like I did?’ So are you sure you didn’t say that? Because then you said, ‘Wait there, I was watching you last night.’’
Before walking away Jess said: “I didn’t say that…why the f*** would I watch you?”
Dumping Naomi after she refused sex
Naomi refused to have sex with Josh, one of the reasons being that the house was full of cameras.
Josh said he felt “friend-zoned” by Naomi’s stance.
In the Beach Hut, he said: “In our relationship I just think we are staying at one level, where everyone else is stepping up a level. If we just stay at this one level we’re both just going to drift apart and we’re just going to friend-zone each other.
“I feel like in a relationship you’ve got to have sex and stuff, it’s not gonna go nowhere unless we have sex.”
He then split up with her.
Making unkind comments about the girls
In one scene, Josh was seen having a conversation with current All Stars contestant Luis Morrison.
They spoke about how they felt like they’ve lowered their standards since being the villa.
They agreed that they went from girls who are “10’s” in looks to girls who are “not even sixes”
Jess was furious after catching wind of the boys’ conversation in the hot tub. She immediately went to the girls to discuss it.
She told them that she caught bits of Luis, Josh and Omar Sultani making unkind comments about the girls.
Luis then found out the girls were discussing the conversation so he stormed right into their dressing room.
He said: “If you’ve got something to say, you say it to our face.
“Don’t f**king come up here and chat sh*t.”
Accused of encouraging other Islanders to be rude
Some viewers began to notice that Jess’ larger than life character began to fade after numerous criticism from both the Islanders and the public.
One fan wrote on Reddit: “Along the way, those parts of her character became a source of criticism from both the islanders and the viewing public.
“But what she faced in the villa was something no person should have ever been put through.”
The user highlighted that it was Josh who was at the forefront of insults as he encouraged his co-stars.

The Reddit user added: “From repeatedly being called a “sl*g” and a “sl*t” to being told to her face “no one likes you” from all boys (egged on by their ring leader Josh).
“Jessica herself suffered through numerous breakdowns during her stay in the villa, with no one ever really taking her side.”
