Things are really spinning out of control.

Wheel of Fortune” fans went wild on Friday after the showrunners seemingly bungled the answer to one of the categories.

The awkward flub came during the show’s Express round when host Pat Sajak introduced the category of “Rhyme Time.”

After being able to solve the puzzle, the answer read “Absolutely Positively,” which several critics of the show were quick to point out … does not rhyme.

“Absolutely Positively is NOT a rhyme,” one person posted on X (formerly Twitter).

“Hey @WheelofFortune,” another person wrote. “Care to explain how these two words rhyme Because they absolutely positively DON’T.”

“Love your show and have for years… HOWEVER hello?! ‘ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY’ does NOT rhyme,” reamed another angry “Wheel” viewer. “Absolutely resolutely WOULD be a rhyme! And what is this ’Did you bring the map?’ being called a ‘phrase’? It’s simply a question. It is NOT a phrase!”

“Pardon my French, but how the f–k does that rhyme,” a fourth incredulous viewer asked. “This country is going to hell.”

This latest snafu brings fans of the iconic show one step closer to the end of Sajak’s, 77, reign as host. ABC

A fifth like-minded viewer also stated: “Are they so f–king dumb they think those words rhyme?”

This is not the first time viewers have lambasted a contestant on the show.

Last week, several fans were in an uproar when a contestant missed a seemingly easy puzzle during the show’s bonus round.

A contestant named Tina found herself at the mercy of several fans after she failed to solve the “event” category within the allotted time.

“Since when has a MINOR BLIZZARD ever occurred?!!?” one person asked referring to Tina’s incorrect answer.

“This game is frustrating to watch! How do you say ‘Minor Blizzard’ and then ‘Major….’ blah blah blah without saying ‘MAJOR BLIZZARD’??????!!!!!!” another person complained. To clarify, Tina never said “major” on the show.

“Damn, Tina! MINOR, MAJOR!” read another comment.

“You d–khead, if it’s not minor, your immediate next guess is major, not minor again,” wrote another annoyed viewer.

This latest snafu brings fans of the iconic show one step closer to the end of Sajak’s, 77, reign as host.

In June 2023, Sajak said he will be retiring from “Wheel” after the show’s 41st season.

“Well, the time has come. I’ve decided that our 41st season, which begins in September, will be my last,” he tweeted at the time. “It’s been a wonderful ride, and I’ll have more to say in the coming months. Many thanks to you all. (If nothing else, it’ll keep the clickbait sites busy!)”

“American Idol” host Ryan Seacrest, 49, will replace Sajak for the 42nd season.
