In a second video that went viral, racking up over 5.2 million views, she shared a “very budget live action remake of that morning.”

Hannah explains that aged 19, she woke up in bed with “bad stomach cramps” and assumed she “just needed to poop.”

However, after finding her in pain, her parents called emergency services, with the medical professional on the phone suggesting it sounded like it could be appendicitis.

Hannah told how her dad had to put his foot down to get her to the hospital because there was no ambulance available, and once they’d arrived, she was asked to do a blood test, which she refused.

Hannah recalls that then: “Something started leaking from my body.”

Little did she know she was in for the shock of her life when nurses told her she was pregnant and about to give birth.

Despite being confused, as she had no idea she was expecting, Hannah spent hours pushing, before being handed her adorable daughter, Elsie.

The posts have caused quite the reaction online, with some people admitting Hannah’s reality is their “biggest fear.”

“This happened to me but I found at 34 weeks so had bit more time to mentally prepare,” wrote one.

A second penned: “Biggest fear!”

A third commented: “Crazy!”
