CALEB Miligan was reunited with his estranged wife Ruby Fox during a recent trip to the Dales.
But next week, the Emmerdale villain has a lot of explaining to do as his other half makes a horrific discovery about their son.
Actress Beth Cordingly has made her way to the ITV Dales after being revealed to join the line-up to portray Ruby Fox-Miligan.
Mere mentions of the brand new character have been made throughout the months by her estranged husband Caleb Miligan (played by Will Ash) and their son Nicky (Lewis Cope).
As viewers of the Yorkshire-based program will remember, Caleb made the most of his wife’s absence to embark on an affair with Tracy Robinson (Amy Walsh).
Things took a turn when Tracy’s husband Nate (Jurell Carter) realised what was happening and, in his rush to catch them, he actually walked into Caleb and Ruby reconnecting.

Next week, the newcomer has a lot of news to catch up on, particularly when it comes to her son Nicky.
Coming up, Nicky and Ruby have slipped back into their banter of old as Caleb tries not to enjoy Ruby’s return.
Soon enough, the mood is dampened when Ruby discovers Nicky was involved in a homophobic attack and she is fuming with Caleb for keeping it from her.
Later, to integrate herself into the family, she decides to host a family lunch.

The following day, she invites Nate and Tracy to her lunch and the latter is reluctant to attend the event.
Nate, on the other hand, persuades her to keep face with Caleb.
At the lunch, Ruby hides her nerves with alcohol whilst Tracy hides her envy as everyone enjoys the new resident’s hosting.
Unfortunately, all good things come to an end in the eponymous village and things quickly take a turn.
