THIS is the shocking moment a gym-goer leaves people stunned with her “naked” workout.
Mexican actress Bárbara de Regil, 36, sparked outrage with her “vulgar” video as she performed various exercises for her army of social media followers.
But during the clip uploaded to Instagram, Barbara’s choice of gym-wear makes it seem like she’s wearing nothing at all.
Her tight, skin-coloured shorts and a tension belt between her angles which looked like pulled-down underwear make it seem like something entirely inappropriate.
She also uploaded the video with a picture of a peach and the title “Bum Routine”.
Thankfully on second glance, viewers are able to figure out what’s really going on and that she is, in fact, wearing clothes.

Yet many of her 8.8 million Instagram followers were left disgusted at what they’d witnessed from the fitness fanatic.
“The routine is excellent,” said one fan. “But for the next one you will have to be more careful with the clothes.”
Another fumed: “You can’t get more vulgar.”
A third echoed this and added: “Super vulgar.”

Bárbara chose not to respond to the haters in her comments section but did receive an outpouring of love from many other fans.
“There is a lot of jealousy on here,” slammed one.
“Oh Barbarita, you are a superwoman!” said another.
A third person remarked: “Peach Goddess.”
The actress has appeared in numerous Latin American TV and film productions, most notably starring as the main lead in the romcom television series Parientes a la fuerza between 2021-2022.
She has been married to Cuban businessman Fernando Schoenwald since 2017 and had a daughter when she was just 15.
Barbara also boasts a large online following for her fitness content, including 11.8 million TikTok fans.
Elsewhere, one fitness fan was left abashed after some guys apparently told her gym bra outfit was inappropriate.
TikTok star and influencer Abigail, who goes by thefitlife_abigail on the platform, shared a sarcastic video taking a dig at her critics.
