THIS is the shocking moment a mobility scooter rider runs over a woman and punches a man he pinned against a fence.
The clip, taken on Tuesday in Hull, shows the mobility scooter driver hit a man and woman while furiously shouting “get out of my town”.
Footage shows the woman, dressed in a black coat, yelling at the mobility scooter driver while on the phone.
The seated man throws the woman forward in front of his scooter and then drives into her, pushing her against a fence.
She then lies on the ground continuing talking on the cellphone while squished against the fence.
At the same time, the bald driver grabs the man dressed in a grey tracksuit and pins him against the same fence.

The driver then punches the man a couple of times with one fist, while holding him against the fence with the other hand.
He repeatedly shouts “get the f*** out of my town” as watchers-on cheer.

The driver also threatens to bite the tracksuit man’s nose off.

Those nearby try and hold the driver back telling him to “leave it” as he tries to keep fighting the tracksuit man.
At one point, the camera zooms into the face of the tracksuit man which shows in bloodied and stressed.
The fight appears to have started due to the two people harassing a bus and its driver.
In another clip which appears to have been taken before the dust-up, the grey tracksuit man throws some sort of liquid at the bus driver.
He uses the emergency door open button on the outside of the bus to open the bus’s doors to insult the driver.
The woman stands in front of the vehicle preventing it from moving forward.
Humberside Police said they were aware of the footage and were seeking to identify the man on the mobility scooter.
They are also investigating the circumstances of the fracas on Anlaby Road.
A spokesperson said: “Anyone with information that may assist is asked to please get in touch via our non-emergency 101 line quoting log 299 of 31 January.”
The fight is the second in only two months to feature a mobility scooter driver, with a row in Devon over a pasty being caught on camera.
That squabble was said to have come about after one OAP nabbed the local bakery’s last pasty – to the anger of another man.
A fuming pensioner can be seen holding his crutch in the air while zooming towards the other man, forcing him to leap out of the way and tumble to the ground.
The Hull tussle is also reminiscent of when road rage “villain” Ronnie Pickering was floored with single punch – and went down hard against a bench outside a pub.
