The X-rated footage seemed to play on a screen located outside one of the courts but inside the Estadio Mario Alberto Kempes grounds.

According to reports in Argentina, it played for several minutes, with tournament organisers yet to offer an explanation.

But World No78 Thanasi Kokkinakis saw the funny side of it as he reacted on social media to the clay-court tournament’s unfortunate incident.

He simply replied: “Hahahaha I’m done.”

While another added: “Took me a minute to figure out what I was looking at.

“Somebody [has] got some explaining to do.”
