The Real Housewives of Cheshire star, 35, has been struggling with her mental health ever since going through a public divorce with husband Paddy.

She previously told the Sun that she has been having private “meltdowns” due to the changes in her personal life.

However, in her most Instagram post the former beauty queen revealed she has found a way to cope with the difficult feelings.

Christine shared a video of herself hula-hooping with followers, writing: “Healing a hula hooping heartbreak. (not a serious story).. story!

“There once was a girl who was happy and free, she danced and hula hooped like no one could see.

“‘That was until she had someone commenting..She’s rubbish at that, I’m way better at everything’.

“It took her a while to pick herself up, and soon she learned to not Give A F*ck.

“The moral of the story is..if it makes your soul happy, Do It!

“Set yourself free from negativity, I’m going to keep smiling simply just being meee.”
