CORONATION Street legend Sally Ann Matthews slammed CBB stars Louis Walsh and Lauren Simon after they fail to remember Colson Smith’s name
The actress, 53, who plays Jenny Bradley in the ITV soap, didn’t hold back as she shared her frustration on X.
Since entering the house earlier this week, it has been pointed out a number of times that some of the famous faces have failed to call the Craig Tinker actor by the right name.
During last night’s instalment of CBB, Louis and X Factor pal Sharon Osbourne discussed their fellow housemates around the dining table.
Louis said: “Interesting, the guy from Corrie. He’s an interesting guy. He knows a lot.”
Sally wasn’t impressed that he didn’t say his actual name while talking about him.

She wrote on the social media platform: “The guy from Corrie” ????
“You’re living alongside each other. Make a chuffin effort.
“Says so much about him. Eugghh x #CBBUK.”
Real Housewives star Lauren has also struggled to get Colson’s name right over the past week – and has called him a range of different monikers.

During a chat in the Diary Room she confessed she couldn’t say it as she opened up about who she thinks nominated her.
Lauren said: “I can’t say his name, I think it’s getting to him a bit… Collister, Co… Col… Colster. Colster.
“I don’t know!”
Sally fumed on X: “Collister????? Is she for real??????? Clearly hasn’t or doesn’t want to find out anything about him. Rude.”
It’s not the first time that Colson’s co-stars have shared their support on social media.
Coronation Street’s Lucy Fallon shared her dislike for Ekin-Su Culculoglu after Colson and the Love Island star clashed in the house.
Colson asked Ekin in front of all the house mates: “On Love Island, do you have to say who you want to go on that?”

Colson continued “But on that, do you have to say…”
But before he had a chance to finish Ekin firmly said: “It’s not the same, please just let it go.”
Lucy, who plays Bethany Platt on the Cobbles, rushed to Instagram to share her support.
Writing on her social media reels, she said: “Ekin Su is my second enemy.”
She then posted a snap of her and Colson on the soap, writing: “Me and my mate Colchester.”
Lucy added: “Colchester is doing so well in BBUK.”
