WITH decades passed since Celebrity Big Brother first hit our screens, it’s no wonder some former stars look a little different.
But for a few, the transformations are truly unrecognisable.
West End star Marisha Wallace recently spoke of shedding five stone to feel comfortable on camera with millions watching from home.
And when the newly slim 38-year-old Broadway veteran entered the CBB house earlier this week, the crowd was left stunned.
Now in its 21st season, we take a look at the Celebrity Big Brother stars who have completely changed their image.
Danielle Lloyd
It has been 17 years since Danielle Lloyd featured in the fifth season on CBB and in that time her stunning figure has yo-yoed.

The former Miss Great Britain model admitted she has always struggled with her body image.
Danielle, 40, recalled: “I was on the front pages of the magazines and everyone automatically thought I must love myself, but the truth was I was one of the most insecure people on the planet.
“I did not feel good about myself and I was using drink and drugs to mask a lot of that.”
While Danielle has always remained quite lean, the glam star has undergone stringent fitness programs and detoxes since appearing on the show.

In 2021, she remarkably dropped 5lb in just over a week.
Following a keto diet and training up to four times a week, the mum-of-five believes she is now in “the best shape” of her life.
Tina Malone
Shameless star Tina Malone has changed dramatically since appearing on the show – shedding 12st.
When Tina arrived in the house in 2009 she was wearing size 28 clothes, but the petite actress can now squeeze into a size six.
But her major weight loss did not come from a diet alone.
In 2010, she underwent gastric band surgery and has managed to maintain her slim figure ever since.
The TV personality has incorporated four small, healthy meals every day and jogging into her life.
Tina told The Mirror: “You need to eat well to get your nutrients and if you’re eating just fat and sugar, you’ll put on weight.
“A gastric band doesn’t change your mind or your personality.”
Frankie Cocozza
When Frankie Cocozza celebrated his 30th birthday last year, fans could not believe it was him in the festive snaps.
Pictures showed the former Celebrity Big Brother contestant’s incredible transformation from a wannabe punk rocker to a sharp-dressing gent.
The X Factor showman was once famed for his hard partying – notably confessing to being a drug addict, going on a six-night cocaine bender and bedding seven women during his stint on the show.
Frankie now lives in Australia where he is often seen making the most of the sunshine and waves – enjoying a much healthier life.
Karissa and Kristina Shannon
Twins Karissa and Kristina Shannon will forever be remembered in the CBB house for their Barbie looks.
Appearing on the show in 2012, the women are barely recognisable these days due to a series of cosmetic surgeries.
The Playboy models, who once dated Hugh Hefner, later went on E!’s Botched to fix countless dodgy boob and nose jobs – and no longer look identical.
Los Angeles-based surgeons Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow had to reconstruct their “pinched” noses and breasts – after having five prior boob jobs each.
In 2015, the sisters were pulled from a horrific car crash in Beverly Hills, thankfully only suffering scratches and bruises.
Courtney Stodden
One of the most dramatic rebrands since starring on CBB is none other than Courtney Stodden.
Her appearance on the show in 2011, came after she shot to fame at the age of 16 following her controversial marriage to Doug Hutchison, who was 51 at the time.
Almost ten years later, Courtney sadly went through an emotional divorce with the actor, which impacted her wellbeing.
In an attempt to move on from her past, the American media personality has radically changed her persona.
She now goes by the name Ember and has ditched her blonde locks for flame red hair.
Donny Tourette
In the 17 years that has passed since Donny Tourette made his first appearance on reality TV, the musician has morphed into something completely different.
Big Brother fans fell in love with Donny’s iconic punk rocker attitude and style when he was on the show in 2007.
However, it was short lived after he famously exited the house just three days into the series after learning that Jade Goody was joining the cast.
Donny, 43, – who fronted the band Towers of London – said at the time: “I’m not f*****g waiting hand and foot on some f***** moron and her family.”
Almost two decades later he has been spotted rollerskating in California.
In a social media video, he wore yellow shorts and a blue Nike top while skating in the glorious sunshine.

Donny smiled into the camera and played Good Vibrations by The Beach Boys over the top of his clip.
Gone was his distinctive hairstyle of bleached spikes and also his dark stubble.
