Black schoolboy is hit and told to ‘kiss shoes’ by tormenter in shocking clip from Carlisle: Teenager arrested after horrific ‘racial abuse’ is caught on camera

A teenager has been arrested after horrific ‘racial abuse’ was caught on camera of a black schoolboy being forced to kiss the shoe of a white male.

The incident which is believed to have happened in Carlisle, Cumbria on Friday is being treated as a suspected hate crime.

In the two clips shared on to X, a white boy can be seen harrassing the black pupil dressed in his uniform, ordering him to ‘get on your knees and kiss my shoe’ or ‘you are getting whacked’.

The phrase ‘kiss my shoe’ is repeated multiple times, as the schoolboy tries to resist and people from behind the camera snigger and laugh.

In another clip, that appears to have been filmed only moments later, it shows the same boy following the student up the street, and punching him twice before an onlooker intervenes.

Cumbria Constabulary confirmed on Saturday that a teenage boy had been arrested in relation to a report of a ‘hate incident’.

The force said it was aware of the video and ‘concerns in the community’ and asked people not to share it further.
