IF Iran’s assault on Israel was the stroke of strategic genius the Left now claims, what the hell would failure have looked like?
We are agog at the mental gymnastics deployed to argue that Tehran’s massive bombardment of the Jews it detests — using self-destruct drones and ballistic and cruise missiles — was cunningly designed to inflict no meaningful damage and almost zero casualties.
And that the monstrous mullahs who for decades have funded sickening terror atrocities worldwide while savagely oppressing their own people are somehow the good guys in the region.
Iran, the liberal-left halfwits claim, was merely sending Israel a message.
Seriously? If those missiles HAD slaughtered thousands of Jews — instead of being downed by Israel, Britain and others — the Ayatollah himself would have danced a jig of delight.
The reality these idiots refuse to grasp is that Iran, by bringing its not-so-covert war against Israel out into the open, has exposed itself as inept.
Even Arab neighbours once hostile to Israel now have its back.
America and Britain still very much do too.
How depressingly predictable that the first instinct of the “ceasefire now” mob — just like on October 7 — is to try to justify the actions of Israel’s evil enemies.
The reason is simple. Some on the Left just hate Jews and want them to succumb, without resistance, to their own murder.

THE days of short-changing our defence must end.

BURGLARY. Shoplifting. Hate marches. Now we can add stolen cars to the list of crimes police seem to have given up on.
No cop turns up to the scene in a scandalously high percentage of these thefts.
Why? Many homes have doorbell cameras.
Most streets are covered by CCTV.
Is there no evidence worth gathering?
Worse, how has the number of unattended incidents soared by 32 per cent since 2021?
What ARE police working on?
