A YOUNG American woman had wild start to her 20’s after having three kids with two different dads.
Yasmyn Switzer, 23, became a single mother at 16 and was suddenly a mum-of-three just four years later.
Told in a gripping Storytime, Yasmyn from, Daytona, Florida, USA, she tells how she went through an unusual start to adulthood.
On her story she said: “Even though I was so young my aunt said she would support me with whatever I wanted to do.”
After growing up in Washington D.C she had a difficult upbringing and left home to live with her aunt in Florida.
Admitting she wasn’t being very responsible she ended up getting pregnant after just a few months of dating, and only found out after they split up.

Despite giving birth at such a young age, she always had close support from her aunt to rely upon.
A few months down the line she wanted to help others going through similar situations and decided to create an informative YouTube channel.

When her first born was four months old she met her second ‘baby daddy’ who was able to step up to the plate and help look after her child.
The impressive content creator was also making enough money from her online endeavours and the pair were able to get a place of their own aged just 18.

After five months of dating, she fell pregnant with her second child.
Just before buying her first house at 20 years old, she welcomed her third child into the world.
Despite the couple no longer being together she admits that they are both happy and good friends still.
On her unique story, Yasmyn said: “I ended up starting a YouTube channel about being a young mum and then decided to go back to school.
What help is available for parents?
CHILDCARE can be a costly business. Here is how you can get help.
- 30 hours free childcare – Parents of three and four-year-olds can apply for 30 hours free childcare a week.
To qualify you must usually work at least 16 hours a week at the national living or minimum wage and earn less than £100,000 a year. - Tax credits – For children under 20, some families can get help with childcare costs.
- Childcare vouchers – If your employer offers childcare vouchers you can get up to £55 a week in tax and national insurance savings.
You pay for your childcare before your tax contributions are taken out.
This scheme is open to new joiners until October 4, 2018, when it is planned that tax-free childcare will replace the vouchers. - Tax-free childcare – Available to working families and the self-employed, for every £8 you put in the government will add an extra £2.
“This is when I met the second baby daddy, and we ended up dating and he ended up stepping in.
“Obviously we were very young when we got together and kept on having more kids.
“But I cannot complain about our current co-parenting situation.
“We were genuinely just so young and didn’t really know who we were.”
