IN SMASH-HIT movie The Hunger Games, she played a shy and timid wallflower who needed protecting.
But 16 years on from the hit movie, and Willow Shields – who played Primrose Everdeen – looks like she could take Katniss Everdeen in a fight and win.
Willow shot to fame at the age of 11 as the beloved little sister of Katniss, played by Jennifer Lawrence, in the film adaptation of the bestselling book series.
She appeared in all four films in the Hunger Games franchise from 2012 to 2015.
In the films, young and caring character Prim is initially chosen for the barbaric fight-to-the-death Hunger Games in a ballot at her home in district 12, prompting her older sister to take her place.
As Katniss later becomes the face of a revolution, Prim becomes a nurse for those hurt in the fight for freedom.

However, Katniss’s care for Prim proves her weak spot, with political minds using her as motivation for Katniss.
Now 24, Willow has continued to work and be in the spotlight, and has taken to the gym and picked up climbing as a hobby.
Clearly proud of her muscled physique, Willow often shows off her figure online, with defined calf muscles and a toned tummy.
Completely unrecognisable from her years in the movie franchise, Willow has cut her hair into a sharp, wavy bob and dyed her blonde hair a chocolate brown.

In the years since appearing on The Hunger Games, Willow has appeared in a string of films and TV shows.
In 2015, she became the youngest ever celebrity to compete on Dancing With The Stars, teaming up with Mark Ballas and coming in seventh place after a shock elimination.
In 2019, she starred in TV drama The Unsettling, and in 2020, she appeared on Netflix’s ice-skating drama, Spinning Out.
Willow also has a prominent social media presence, with 894,000 followers on Instagram keeping up to date with her goings on.
