Princess Diana’s brother, Charles Spencer has praised Princess Kate’s ‘incredible strength and poise’ after her cancer diagnosis.

Spencer took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to repost the diagnosis-revealing video which shocked the world on Friday, after it was posted on the KensingtonRoyal account.

Along with the repost, Charles penned: “Incredible strength and poise.”

Princess Kate shared the message to the public after first sitting down and telling her three children when they broke up from school, after finishing their spring term.

She is not expected to return to any official duties until after Easter.

Princess Kate and Will’s ‘genuine love’ will get them through

The love between Prince William and Princess Kate will guide them through Kate’s current health struggles, experts have said. 

Kate announced her recent cancer diagnosis in a video she shared to the public yesterday (March 22).

Since Princess Kate’s health has struggled, Prince William has stood by her side through every moment, stepping back from his royal duties and cancelling engagements at the last minute.

The Sun’s Royal Photographer Arthur Edwards said the love he has for Kate will help them both get through this ordeal.

He said: “Cancer is a word that scares everybody and chemotherapy is a pretty tough treatment and the body needs to be strong to withstand it.

“Catherine has got great willpower and determination which I have seen up-close since the day I first photographed her.

“Catherine’s statement took a lot of courage to do and she has told us that the reason she kept her cancer secret until now is for the sake of her children.

“With the support of William I’m sure they will battle through.”

Arthur continued by explaining the Waleses strength as a unit is clear and is what will keep their family going. 

He added: “That genuine love between William and Kate is what will get them through her cancer ordeal.”

Princess Kate waited until school broke up before telling children

Princess Kate and Wills wanted to tell Prince George, 10, Prince Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5, about Kate’s diagnosis after they broke up from school.

The three young Royals attend a £7,000 per term Lambrook school in Berkshire, and finished their spring term yesterday (Friday March 22).

It’s understood Princess Kate made the decision because she wanted to shield her young ones from coverage of her health.

Trolls should be ‘ashamed’ after feeding Kate conspiracies

Experts have said that those involved in wild conspiracies about Princess Kate during her time out of the public eye should be ashamed of themselves.

While Kate was dealing with a health issue – which we now know was a cancer diagnosis – trolls littered social media with conspiracy theories as to where she could be.

It’s understood that Kate’s cancer diagnosis was the reason her husband did not attend a church service in February.

He was due to attend a Thanksgiving service held in honour of Greece’s late King Constantine – but backed out due to a “personal matter”.

At the time Prince William informed the Greek Royal family that he would not be able to make it and Kensington Palace did not elaborate further but stated that Princess Kate was “doing well”.

Cancer found after abdominal surgery

Princess Kate went on to reveal that the cancer was detected after she had her abdominal surgery.

“In January, I underwent major abdominal surgery in London and at the time, it was thought that my condition was non-cancerous,” she explained.

“The surgery was successful. However, tests after the operation found cancer had been present.”

In a video message released on Friday evening, Princess Kate revealed she has been diagnosed with cancer.

“I wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you, personally, for all the wonderful messages of support and for your understanding whilst I have been recovering from surgery.

“It has been an incredibly tough couple of months for our entire family, but I’ve had a fantastic medical team who have taken great care of me, for which I am so grateful.”
