The failed politician who was arrested for allegedly sucker-punching a 23-year-old woman in Manhattan on Monday has a penchant for documenting his harassment of women on his multiple TikTok accounts.

Skiboky Stora, 40, of East New York, was charged with assault Wednesday in connection with a random Monday attack on Halley Kate Mcgookin after she recounted the incident to her more than a million TikTok followers.

Stora, an aspiring rapper who unsuccessfully ran for mayor, governor and City Council over the past three years, appears to maintain ten different TikTok accounts, which were viewed by The Post and document his aggression with strangers in New York City — most of them women.

Last week, Stora posted a clip of a woman telling a police officer that he attacked her, as he narrates the video with snide comments.

“I don’t feel safe right now!,” the woman told the officer as Stora filmed on a platform.

“I went all the way on the other side, he followed me and started recording me!,” the distressed woman said, as Stora is heard dismissing her as a “Democratic voter.”

“I pushed the camera out my face, and that’s when he started hitting me.

“And he hit multiple times!” she said, pounding her fist into her hand for emphasis.

The Post reached out to the NYPD for comment on that incident.

In a clip recorded on March 7, he is seen trailing a blonde woman in Manhattan who appears to be picking up her pace to get away from him.

“Slow down,” he said multiple times as he got in front of her and continued recording for 54 seconds.

“Can you stop?” she demanded, as he then accused her of “walking into me.”

In another recent clip, he approached a black woman eating on an empty train and accosted her on camera.

“Watch that food that you’re eating. That’s that white people food now,” he said as she looked at the camera in extreme discomfort.

Days earlier, he filmed a woman reading on the train and made another video where he slowed his clip down and added rap music.

Another 54-second, silent video is focused on a woman as she waits in line at a bakery. The woman turns around, apparently to yell at the camera, but Stora resumes filming her as she waits for her food.

Another 26-second clip leers at two unsuspecting young women as they drink coffee and chat on the train.

His creepy videos aren’t just limited to women. In one clip entitled “Young Democrat,” the failed Republican candidate follows a young man getting onto a train, filming him the whole time.

In another silent clip, he stalks a man pushing a baby in a stroller for 23 seconds.

His alleged attack on Mcgookin brought other clips of women saying they were sucker punched in the city recently to prominence on TikTok.

The NYPD has not indicated if they believe Stora is responsible for any of them.
