A NEW documentary from the makers of Tiger King will shine a light on Hollywood’s biggest ever A-list scam.
The first trailer has dropped for Hollywood Con Queen, which is set to air on Apple TV+.
The three-part series tells the story of a mysterious figure known as Con Queen, who impersonated powerful women in the entertainment industry.
As part of the scam, Con Queen lured unsuspecting victims to Indonesia with the promise of a life-changing career opportunity.
However, it was in actuality a cruel trick in which the targets exhausted large amounts of money.
They had been in pursuit of a big break while unknowingly being exploited in a twisted game spanning the globe.

Of course a con of such a large scale did not go unnoticed – Scott Johnson, a journalist with The Hollywood Reporter and private investigator Nicole Kotsianas soon became aware and launched a probe.
Together they set out to find the truth, ending up with an even stranger story than they imagined.
The documentary comes from Emmy-award winning filmmaker Chris Smith and Library Films, who were also behind smash-hit documentary Tiger King in 2020.
Other successful Apple TV+ projects include Emmy-winning series Ted Lasso and the film CODA, which received the Academy Award for Best Picture.
